Flavours of autumn:
Kaki, persimmon
and Kuri, chestnut

Thank you for dropping by! Tried to make crumble with the fruit but not good. I think it’s best to eat raw as it is!

What kind of sweet are they made of? ‘Kuri’ is ‘Nerikiri’ and ‘Kaki’ is … ‘Kimi-Shigure’? Whatever they are they look great!

Oh, they inspired you?
Kaki: kimi-shigure and koshi-an inside
Kuri: mushi-guri (一粒まるごと) wrapped with yokan, and poppy seeds on

Thanks for the info. Kaki is what I expected. I thought Kuri could with Uiro. Of course Yokan is perfect. Both look cute & sweet but I particularly want to try the Kuri. 😀
